15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless faulty.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend:

- International: DHL Economy ($15-$30 depending on region)
