15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless faulty.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend:

  • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking ($7-$15)
  • International: DHL Economy ($15-$30 depending on region)

Refund Process

Once received at our Seattle warehouse:

  • Timeline: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Exchange items ship within 2 business days after return processing.
