Inventory updates in real-time, but occasionally items sell out before we can update. If this occurs, we’ll notify you immediately and process a refund if payment was taken.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear & Nightwear
• Swimwear

(Exceptions made for faulty items—see Section 5)

• Free Shipping (Orders $50+): EMS, 15-25 business days
